"One of the biggest problems with my golf game was the way I carried tension in my body. I decided to take Yoga for Golfers in the hope that it would help me relax… and it did! Before teeing off, I now spend more time warming up and stretching with exercises learned in Chantal's class. This helps me to start out my game much more relaxed. The breathing techniques I learned in class have also proven to be very helpful especially when I am struggling on the course; a few deep breaths and I am more relaxed and end up playing better! I look forward to many more of Chantal's Yoga for Golfer's classes!"
