Monthly Restorative Sunday
Date: Sunday, September 30th, 2018, 4:00pm to 5:30pm
If slowing down the pace of your life, experiencing muscle release, and soothing your nervous system is speaking to you, this class is for you. Restorative yoga is about slowing down and allowing the body to release thru passive stretches. The postures are held for a longer period of time without any muscular effort as props are used to support the body. A truly blissful experience! Space is limited to 10 students.
