Gentle Hatha Yoga (10-week series), Tuesdays, 7:00pm
Hatha refers to the practice of the physical postures of yoga. In this class, you will experience supine, kneeling, seated, and standing postures. Suitable for all level, this class helps with stress reduction, improves mobility and strength. Modifications are provided for participants who may have mobility issues.
