Welcome to Fore! Yoga

We offer Hatha based weekly yoga classes suitable for all levels of participants. From beginners, who wish to discover the numerous benefits of yoga, to experienced yogis, who wish to expand their yoga practice, everyone is welcome! At the forefront of our teaching is the understanding that each person has different needs, goals and capabilities. Safety, respect and proper alignment are our governing principles.

​Fore! Yoga offers a welcoming environment for all. Our instructors have a caring approach and frequently provide modifications so all levels of students can enjoy the experience of yoga. 

​Fore! Yoga caters to smaller groups and we invite you to drop-in our studio located at

Committed to health and wellness, Chantal has been practicing yoga for over 17 years. Teaching yoga privately and in corporate settings, she strives to help her clients reach their full potential and to improve their overall wellbeing. She completed her Teacher Training through East to West Yoga in Pickering, Ontario, including Restorative Yoga. Chantal is a skillful communicator and gifted at providing modifications while respecting important yogic alignment principles. ​

​As she is an avid golfer, she occasionally  offers workshops designed specifically for golfers. She is TPI Certified .

​She trained in Scottsdale, Arizona with Katherine Roberts to specialize in the program Yoga for Golfers™.  ​​

Lisa discovered yoga about 14 years ago, initially for the physical benefits. With increased practice she began to develop deeper self awareness and knew this was the path she needed to explore.

​Lisa took her RYT 200 teacher training through East to West Yoga in Pickering, as well as certifications in Restorative/Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Yoga for Athletes and Zero Gravity Aerial Yoga.

 Through this journey of growth and discovery yoga continues to bring a deeper sense of balance, positivity and awareness to her life. Lisa's hope is that through her teaching she'll be able to help others discover and appreciate the many benefits of yoga both on and off the mat.
