the yoga shack

Six years ago, when the world shut down, I quickly moved my "in person" classes to virtual ones. At that time, I really thought it would be temporary. When teaching on-line, I always try to offer my clients an enjoyable experience, while keeping my cool when technical glitches occurred. It's been an interesting ride to say the least! 

​For the past six years, we transformed our living room into a "studio" every time I had a class to teach. The background was our small fireplace and it was quite cozy. Last fall, we decided that it was time to reclaim our space and decided to build a "yoga shack" in our backyard.
​

That new space is now dedicated for yoga and training. It has been a game changer for our household, especially energetically. I find myself inspired once again to continue teaching on-line as many of my clients love the practicality of it and I am happy to grant their wish!
