seasonal habits for wellness
1) Get outside during daylight even if the sun is not shining. It will help balance your melatonin, make you feel energized and improve your sleep.
2) Allow yourself some meaningful ways to rest and relax (away from screens.) My favourite way to do so is by attending a Restorative Yoga class. It truly helps combat the physical and mental stresses of everyday life. 3) Eat warming food such as stews, soups, homemade broth and warm salads.
