Gentle Yoga: Ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to unwind, stretch and relax, this slow paced class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Stress reduction, sense of overall well-being, and improved mobility are a few benefits of attending this class regularly. Modifications are provided for participants who may have mobility issues. Hatha Yoga: "Hatha" refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. In this class, you will experience supine, kneeling, standing and seated postures. Pranayamas (breathing techniques) as well as a brief meditation period are often included in this class. This class is suitable for all level. DETAILS / SCHEDULE.
Vinyasa/Hatha Flow: Suitable for people who already have a certain knowledge of yoga, this well rounded Hatha based yoga class includes a few flowing sequences of yoga postures, linked together by breath. Restorative Sunday: Offered monthly, this form of yoga is about slowing down and allowing the body to release thru passive stretches. New to Yoga Program: Whether you’re a total beginner or have been away from the mat for a while, this 6-week program is for you. No previous knowledge, experience or flexibility necessary! Meditation Circle: Discover the profound benefits of incorporating mindfulness into your life! The goal of our Mindfulness Circle is to explore different mindfulness and meditation practices that can be easily integrated in our daily life. Each session will include a meditation varying in length, sometimes guided, sometimes not. That you are new to meditation or not, you are welcome!
