Amateur and professional athletes are increasingly incorporating yoga into their training routine. The results are better performances, increased endurance and overall wellbeing. A unique mind-body approach to golf fitness, the program Yoga for Golfers™ incorporates strength, flexibility and breathing exercises designed specifically for golfers. In addition to developing a strong body and the ability to focus, participants will decrease chances of being injured and hopefully be able to play for many years to come.

​Designed specifically for golfers, the program YFG aid in achieving greater distance and club head speed, increasing concentration and gaining consistency. You will also experience numerous health benefits on and off the golf course:
  • Increased strength and mobility: crucial to generate a powerful golf swing.

  • Improved balance, rhythm and coordination: for better control of the club during the entire golf swing.
