Hatha Flow
If you spend hours sitting at a desk or on a bike, this class is for you. Suitable for fitness enthusiasts and for people who demand a lot from their bodies, this class focuses on stretching the leg and hip muscles, releasing the lower back and bringing balance to overtrained and tired muscles. This is a dynamic yoga class that incorporates a flowing series of yoga postures linked together by breath. Attending this class regularly promotes hip mobility, core stability, flexibility and strength. Be prepared to sweat a little, improve your breathing power and feel good all over!

10-class pass: $140 (unlimited and personal) or
