A proper foot function enables us to generate ground reaction, and in turn, creating more power for added distance off the tee. Furthermore, a foot function that is not up to par, causes a leak in the kinematic sequence which in turn causes a break in the chain of power. Developing an awareness around our feet also helps us be more stable and balanced during an entire round of golf. The following video will guide you through a short sequence of exercises that will help you connect to the ground in a more efficient way, as well as helping those with flat feet, regain proper foot function.
