By the end of our first session together, with ease of movement, his rotation had improved significantly, and he was standing taller. The direct results from this improvement is added distance off the tee and the ability to maintain a better posture throughout the golf swing.

Prior to teeing-off, I recommend spending a minimum of 15 minutes warming-up the body by focusing on the following joints in the body: ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and wrists.
