The program Yoga for Golfers™ incorporates strength, flexibility and breathing exercises designed specifically for golfers. In addition to developing a strong body and the ability to focus on your shot, you will play with more consistency, gain club head speed, decrease your chances of being injured and hopefully be able to play for many years to come.
