Join us from the comfort of your own home, for Restorative Yoga; a wonderful way to reduce tension, and slow things down. This is a slow pace class accessible to all.
You will automatically receive a recording of the class (accessible for 7 days.)
Your 3 classes will be held on the following dates:
Classes dates on Sundays at 10:00am:
- January 29th
- February 12th
- February 26th
Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email on how to access the Zoom session one-hour prior to the class. Please check your spam and make sure that you add the following email to your contacts: chantal@foreyoga.ca.
