Yoga for Golfers™ - 4-week series - January 2022 - $70+tax
In this first series of 2022, we will focus on building strength, stability and improving mobility. Your Yoga instructor, Chantal Emond, is TPI Certified and looks forward to welcoming you virtually on the mat!
Held on Saturday mornings at 9:00am via Zoom, this 4-week series is designed specifically for golfers of all abilities (including those with no flexibility or yoga experience),
You will also receive a recording of the class that will be accessible for 3 days.

- January 29th, 2022
