** Please register at least 2 hour prior to class on Sunday January 29th 2023. Class is held from 10:00am to 11:00am so please register prior 8:00am.**
Join us from the comfort of your own home, for Restorative Yoga; a wonderful way to reduce tension and lift your spirit! This class is held via Zoom.
You will automatically receive a recording of the class (accessible for 7 days.)
