This 90-minute Restorative Yoga class has an overall calming effect on the nervous system. It soothes your mind, body and soul!
Accessible to all, this class will be held in-person at In the Spirit Yoga, located at 376 Old Kingston Road, where there is ample parking space in front and around the building.
Props will be provided but you are welcome to use your own.
