The goal of this meditation circle is to explore different mindfulness and meditation practices that can be easily integrated in our daily life. Each session will include a meditation varying in length, sometimes guided, sometimes not. That you are new to meditation or not, you are welcome! Our wish is to provide a space for people to share mindfulness and to experience its benefits.
