Gentle Hatha Yoga
Ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to unwind, stretch and relax, this slow paced class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Stress reduction, sense of overall well-being, and improved mobility are a few benefits of attending this class regularly. Modifications are provided for participants who may have mobility issues.
