Hatha Yoga for All
Hatha" refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. In this class, you will experience supine, kneeling, standing and seated postures. Pranayamas (breathing techniques) as well as a brief meditation period are often included in this class. This class is suitable for all level of yogis.
