Yoga for Golf - Mobility & Fundamental golf specific stretches:- 6-week series - March 2020
During this 6-week series, participants can expect to improve their mobility, and learn how to properly warm-up for a successful round of golf, using fundamental Yoga for Golf movements. Limited to 10 participants, this program is opened to all level of golfers and yoga experience is not required.
When: Saturdays, 12:30pm to 1:30pm, from March 7th to April 18th 2020 (no class on April 11th.)
