Restorative Yoga - Sunday, July 12th, 2020 - 10:00am to 11:00am
Join us from the comfort of your own home, for Restorative Yoga, which is all about slowing down and allowing the body to release thru passive stretches. The postures are held for a longer period of time without any muscular effort as props are used to support the body. A wonderful class to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
To participate, all you need is either a phone or a computer, as well as any yoga props, pillows, blankets, anything you have accessible to get really comfortable.
Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email with the simple procedure on how to access the virtual class and join your yoga instructor, Chantal.
