Join us from the comfort of your own home, for a slow paced virtual Gentle yoga class, which will include a 10 minutes grounding meditation. A perfect recipe for a good night sleep! To participate, all you need is either a phone or a computer.
Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email with the simple procedure on how to access the virtual class and join your yoga instructor, Chantal.
