Free meditation for all - Monday, April 6th, 2020 - 8:30am to 9:00am
Please join me virtually, from the comfort of your own home, for a 30-minute guided meditation. Our intention is to provide a space for us to connect, and to start our day feeling grounded, resilient, and calm. All you need is your Smart Phone or computer, and a comfortable space to sit.
Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email with the simple procedure on how to access the virtual class and join your yoga instructor, Chantal.
