Yoga for Golfers™ - 4-week series
Join your TPI certified Yoga instructor, Chantal Emond for a series designed specifically for golfers of all abilities (including those with no flexibility or yoga experience). This 4-week program offered weekly via Zoom, will allow you to:
- Gain mobility and strength for greater power and club head speed
- Improve and maintain your posture throughout your entire golf swing
- Increase your ability to focus and to quiet the mind on the course
- Develop endurance and manage your energy and stress on the course
- Decrease your chances of being injured and play for many years to come
Dates: Saturdays, from June 5th to June 26th, 2021. If you miss a class, we will send you a private recording which will remain accessible for 48 hours.
Time: 9:00am to 10:00am
Cost: $60 plus taxes
Once you complete your registration, you will receive an email with the simple procedure on how to access the virtual class and join your yoga instructor, Chantal.
