Yoga for Golf - Strength & Stability - 6-week series - January 2020
During this initial 6-week series, participants can expect to build strength, improve stability, and develop a deeper awareness of how we can create ground force for an efficient golf swing. Limited to 10 participants, this program is opened to all level of golfers and yoga experience is not required.
When: Saturdays, 1:00pm to 2:00pm, from January 18th to February 22nd, 2020
