complimentary video library
Dear Toronto Hunt members,
As promised, you will find below a selection of yoga classes that will hopefully help you keep your body moving and feeling its best during the summer. This library will remain accessible until the fall. Feel free to repeat as many classes as you wish. There is no specific order so follow your instinct, select a class, and enjoy!
This curated library is complimentary. However, if you feel inspired to contribute, while certainly never expected, a tip is always warmly appreciated. You will find a virtual tip jar below my signature and at the end of the library.
For those of you who are new to "yoga at home", here are a few tips to enhance your experience:
1) find a quiet spot in your home, away from distractions and clutter.
2) put relaxing music on (make sure you can still hear my voice.)
3) turn your phone off, take your smart watch off.
4) have your props handy: two blocks, yoga belt, small pillow or towel.
I wish you peaceful moments on and off the mat and a wonderful summer. As always, move and breathe with ease!
With much gratitude,
Your devoted yogi,
Chantal
