Prepare for the golf season with this 6-week Stretch for Golf series during which we will focus mainly on improving mobility, flexibility, as well as core strength and stability. Note that the program is designed specifically for golfers and participants are expected to be able to get down and up from the floor without any assistance.

Chantal has been teaching at the Toronto Hunt Club for over 10 years now! In the past 15 years, she has helped many golfers improve their mobility, flexibility and stability, resulting in more confidence on the golf course.
