Yoga for Golfers™

Recently awarded the 2020 Industry Honors award for BEST COMPANY in Player Development by the International Network of Golf, Katherine Roberts' Yoga for Golfers™ is a unique mind-body approach to golf fitness. the program. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and breathing exercises designed specifically for golfers of all abilities (including those with no flexibility!)

  • Improve and maintain your posture throughout your entire golf swing
  • Increase your ability to focus and to quiet the mind on the course
  • Develop endurance and manage your energy and stress on the course
  • Decrease your chances of being injured and play for many years to come

Upcoming 6-week series for golfers only! 

Prepare for the 2021 golf season and join your TPI certified Yoga instructor, Chantal Emond. Designed specifically for golfers of all abilities (including those with no flexibility or yoga experience), this 6-week program is offered weekly via Zoom. Missed a class? No worries. We will send you a recording of the class.

Dates: Saturdays, from March 13th, to April 24th, 2021 (no class on April 3rd, 2021)
Time: 9:00am to 10:00am
Cost: $90 

Registration: you can either pay by E-transfer or credit card. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email with the simple procedure on how to access the virtual class and join your yoga instructor, Chantal Emond. 
E-transfer procedure: please send $101.70 ($90 plus taxes) to chantal_emond@rogers.com, with the reference "Yoga for Golfers™- March 13th  to April 24th."

Offering the Yoga for Golfers™ program (YFG), and trained by Katherine Robert (one of Golf Digest Top 50 instructors), Chantal is TPI Certified and teaches privately and in corporate settings with one goal in mind: to help golfers feel better so they can play better and longer!
