Private group and one-on-one sessions are based on your needs, abilities and goals. You get our full attention and are encouraged to explore the mind-body-breath connection, in a safe environment.
Private yoga sessions
We are available for private and corporate sessions (one-on-one and groups.) We provide all necessary props but encourage participants to use their own mat for hygienic purposes.
The sessions are booked based on your availability and are typically held at our studio, at your home or in the work place.
Private ONE-ON-ONE yoga session:
$675 for 10 classes
Private GROUP yoga session:
$120 to $150
(rates vary based on number of participants, location, and type of class offered.)
