Meet Chantal
Committed to health and wellness, Chantal is the founder of Fore! Yoga and has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Teaching yoga privately and in corporate settings for over 12 years, she strives to help her clients improve their overall wellbeing. She offers Gentle Hatha, Restorative Yoga, as well as Yoga for Golfers.™
Chantal's style of teaching is slow paced, gentle, and accessible to all (even those with limited mobility and flexibility.) She is a skillful communicator and gifted at providing modifications while respecting important yogic alignment principles.
