Golf performance, like yoga, is directly linked to the body-mind-breath connection. 

Designed specifically for golfers, the program Yoga for Golfers™ aid in achieving greater distance and club head speed, increasing concentration and gaining consistency. You will also experience numerous health benefits on and off the golf course:

  • Increased strength and mobility: by using the weight of your own body against gravity, yoga offers safe strength training exercises. The standing postures for example strengthen the lower body muscles, which are crucial to generate a powerful golf swing.

  • Improved balance, rhythm and coordination: With proper balance and coordination, you will experience a smoother weight shift and maintain better control of the club during the entire golf swing. This is developed with specific balance exercises, which also increase your ability to quiet your mind and focus on the target.

  • Cultivate the mind-body connection: By practicing specific breathing and visualization techniques, you will develop a sense of quietness and overall wellbeing that will benefit you on and off the course.

Private Sessions

We offer individual and group sessions in the GTA, mostly in the east end and Durham region. Individual private sessions are tailored specifically to the client's needs and goals. That you decide to book a one on one session with our instructor or participate in a group session, you will feel the benefits of yoga rapidly on and off the golf course.
