" Hi Chantal, I just wanted to give you some feedback now that the golf season has finally started! I have to say this has been one of the most successful and positive starts that I’ve ever had. The swing has been especially good, it’s almost like I didn’t take a break from the game. Normally, I start out the first 4-6 rounds somewhere in the high 80’s and gradually bring the score down over a month’s time. First two rounds this season, I shot 83 and 84, then followed that up with a couple of 79’s, which is amazing this early on! Drives are straight, and I am getting great distance off the tee and fairways. My body seems much more relaxed, and I don’t feel a lot cracking and stiffness. I really believe your session are invaluable and definitely helping my golf game! I am really glad that I made the decision to join your sessions, definitely worth the time and effort. Thank you." |

Did you know that nearly 7 in 10 amateurs and 9 in 10 professionals will suffer a golf-related injury at least once in a lifetime? The repetitive motion of the golf swing combined with muscle imbalances is a perfect recipe for injury. It is therefore important to mobilize, strengthen, and stretch our body (and mind!) as much as possible. Yoga helps golfers of all abilities keeping injury at bay. One way we can diminish the chances of getting injured is to warm up properly prior teeing off. Straight from my garden, here is a session you can do before a round of golf. As always, move and breathe with ease! |

A word about chantal
Featured at the Toronto Golf Show, SCOREGolf TV, and an associate at Wisdom in Golf, Chantal has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Offering the Yoga for Golfers™ program (YFG), and trained by Katherine Robert (one of Golf Digest Top 50 instructors), Chantal is TPI Certified and teaches privately and in corporate settings with one goal in mind: to help golfers feel better so they can play better and longer!
