Ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to unwind, stretch and relax, this slow paced class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Offered weekly via Zoom, this class is 60-minutes in length and you receive a class recording which remains available for 7 days. |
restorative yoga
Sundays, 3:00pm to 4:30pm - In studio
Held in studio, this Monthly Restorative Yoga offers a passive way to recharge our batteries, to unplug. It allows us to stop "doing" and simply start "being". Its' overall calming effect on the nervous system soothes your mind, body and soul.

Saturdays, 9:00am to 10:00am - Zoom class
These classes are designed specifically for golfers of all abilities (including those with no flexibility!) We focus mainly on improving mobility and flexibility, as well as developing core strength, and reducing body and mental tensions.
A recording of each class as well as a full library of helpful videos are provided. 4-week series starts on September 28th, 2024. |

I’ve just finished today’s yoga class and I can’t tell how relaxed and good I feel right now!
