Held in studio, this 90-min Monthly Restorative Yoga is a favourite for many and it sells out quickly! It offers a passive way to recharge our batteries, to unplug. It allows us to stop "doing" and simply start "being". Its' overall calming effect on the nervous system soothes your mind, body and soul.

gentle yoga
Ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to unwind, stretch and relax, this slow paced class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Offered weekly via Zoom, this class is 60-minutes in length and you receive a class recording which remains available for 7 days. |

Saturdays, 9:00am to 10:00am - Zoom class
This class is held on Saturday morning at 9:00am, via Zoom, and it is open to all! That you golf or not, your body will thank you for it! We focus mainly on improving mobility and flexibility, as well as developing core strength, and reducing body and mental tensions. A recording of each class is provided for the duration of the series.

yoga for golfers™
Saturdays, 11:30am to 12:30pm, in studio
This 4-week series is held in studio and starts on March 1st, 2025 at 11:30am. Past participants report more distance off the tee, feeling better overall, and able to play more golf with less discomfort. You can expect improved mobility, flexibility, strength, and focus! Note that space is limited to 12 golfers.

I’ve just finished today’s yoga class and I can’t tell how relaxed and good I feel right now!
