What we offer
Our instructor offers sessions at your offices, which can vary from 30 minutes to 1 hour in length depending on your staff’s availability and needs. The sessions can take place in a boardroom, in a gym or any other space available at your offices.
Mindful BreaksThis 30 to 45 minutes class focuses mainly on stretching the neck, shoulders, back and hips. Some breathing techniques are also introduced, allowing participants to lower their stress and increasing their ability to focus. Taking place at your own premises, the class can be conducted on a mat or on a chair and participants can stay in their work clothes.

Yoga at WorkThis 45 minutes to one hour class incorporates breathing and stretching exercises, supine, kneeling, seated and standing postures as well as a final relaxation. These Hatha style classes are adapted to all levels and take place at your own premises. Participants are expected to bring their own mat and dress comfortably for stretching exercises.
