Here are a few recommendations that will enhance your yoga experience when attending a class in studio:
Are your classes for golfers only?
Absolutely not! Although we offer occasional workshops for golfers, our weekly yoga classes and our New to Yoga program are for non-golfers. Everyone is welcome, golfers or not.
Is the studio heated?
No, the studio is at a comfortable room temperature.
I am new to yoga. Can I join?
Absolutely. We welcome all level of students.
- For hygienic purposes, bring your own yoga mat (we do have some on site should you forget yours)
- Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes to stretch in
- Avoid having a big meal 2-hour prior to a yoga class
- Arrive 15 minutes before class so you can settle and relax
- Avoid wearing perfume or any scented lotions as it can be incommoding for people around you
