Gentle Yoga
Dates: Mondays, from April 12th 22nd to May 17th, 2021
Time: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Cost: $90 plus taxes (includes six Gentle Yoga classes, offered weekly)
Registration/Payment: you can either pay by E-transfer or credit card. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email with the simple procedure on how to access the virtual class and join your yoga instructor, Chantal Emond.
Gentle Yoga... Ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to unwind, stretch and relax, this slow paced class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A special attention is put on typical areas of tensions: lower back, hips, neck and shoulders.
