Spring 2021 - Virtual "Live" yoga classes with Chantal
All classes below are offered via Zoom (Live Stream.) Join me from the comfort of your own home! Missed a class? No worries. I will send you a recording of the class which will remain available for 3 days.
Dates: Sundays, bi-weekly, from April 11th to June 20th, 2021
Time: 10:00am to 11:00am
Cost: $90 plus taxes (includes six Restorative Yoga classes, offered bi-weekly)
Registration: you can either pay by E-transfer or credit card. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email with the simple procedure on how to access the virtual class and join your yoga instructor, Chantal Emond.
Restorative Yoga... a wonderful way to reduce tension and lift your spirit! Restorative Yoga offers a passive way to recharge our batteries, to unplug. It allows us to stop "doing" and simply start "being". Its' overall calming effect on the nervous system soothes your mind, body and soul.

Gentle Yoga... Ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to unwind, stretch and relax, this slow paced class is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A special attention is put on typical areas of tensions: lower back, hips, neck and shoulders.

Designed specifically for golfers of all abilities (including those with no flexibility or yoga experience), this 6-week program offered weekly via Zoom, will allow you to gain mobility and flexibility for increased club head speed, improve and maintain your posture throughout your entire golf swing and increase your ability to focus and to quiet the mind on the course.
