Private yoga with Chantal
Private one-on-one sessions are based on your needs, abilities and goals. You get Chantal's full attention and are encouraged to explore the mind-body-breath connection, in a safe environment, with an experienced instructor. Accessible to all, even to those who have limited mobility and flexibility, private sessions are ideal for those of you who may feel that group classes are either intimidating or simply not your bag!
Chantal provides all necessary props but encourage participants to use their own mat for hygienic purposes.
