Spring 2022 YFG virtual program - $86+tax
In this 4-week virtual Yoga for Golfers™ program, we will focus mainly on improving mobility and flexibility, essential for injury prevention and for a smooth, but powerful golf swing. Specific breathing techniques will be introduced to help you stay in the zone on the golf course. If your goal is to feel better on and off the course, this program is for you.
By joining the program, you will have unlimited access to a library of classes, videos and other useful resources, receive your own private access to the Members' hub and be able to use it 24/7, from May 28th to June 30th, 2022.
At the heart of the program is the weekly live virtual Yoga for Golfers™ classes held on Saturday mornings, at 9:00am, via Zoom and you are encouraged to attend. However, if you can't join us "live", no worries. The class will be uploaded on the hub by Sunday morning, and will remain available for the entire month.
