This virtual Yoga for Golfers summer program is for golfers of all abilities who wish to improve their range of motion and mobility, as well as reduce body and mental tension.

Each weekly class will be uploaded on the Private Hub by Sunday morning, and will remain available for the entire program, from July 2nd to September 10th, 2022. Optional coaching calls will be taking place in July and September.
