Prepare for the 2023 season with this unique mind-body approach to golf fitness.
This virtual program is designed specifically for golfers of all abilities (including those with no flexibility!) We will focus mainly on improving mobility and flexibility, specifically for the hips and thoracic region, as well as developing core strength, and reducing tensions. The 5-week series will be held from April 15th to May 13th, and you can access it on-demand, at your own leisure. By registering to this program you will benefit from:
* If you can't join us for the Zoom classes, no worries. Each weekly class will be uploaded on the Private Hub by Sunday morning, and will remain available for the entire program, from April 15th to May 13th, 2023.
