"We first came to Gentle Yoga because our friends were going and said how relaxed and limber they felt and what an excellent teacher Chantal was. We had been looking for a yoga class to supplement the yoga we were doing at home on our own. We feel that yoga generates good health and spiritual well-being and development. This yoga is the gentlest, least injurious, most deeply satisfying and pleasant way to generate total health. Chantal guides us in easy steps that help us to develop a deep connection with our bodies. She is keenly aware of each student and is able to gently guide each of us into mastery of a position in our own capacities and mindful meditation. After each session we feel calmer, less stressed, limber and more connected to each other, our families and our community. Also, the limbering will surely help with our beloved golf game. The small class size is critical to personal attention and growth in the yoga sessions. We love it!"
