""I always enjoyed participating in yoga classes but since developing arthritis in my shoulder I found it difficult to transition or maintain certain poses without pain. Attending the classes once a week has really helped in my posture on the bike.  I can utilize certain "cues" from class to help me make subtle changes to relieve discomfort while cycling.

Chantal’s gentle yoga provides a perfectly paced class with many variations to be comfortable.The small classes allow her to correct participants and provide options to poses. Chantal’s warm and gentle manner make you feel welcome to be there. I always leave feeling relaxed yet recharged. A tune up you could say. It is my special ‘treat’ to myself once a week."
