We are in fact what we eat. Literally.

​How we feed our body and soul has a huge impact on our overall wellbeing and our performance on the golf course.

​Here are a few tips (or reminders in some cases) of what’s good for our body and soul!

• Aim for whole food (i.e. stay away from processed food.)
• Eat the colors of the rainbow at every meal (i.e. eat lots of veggies and fruits.)
• Chew mindfully and slowly!  (it helps the digestion process and allows your body to absorb nutrients more efficiently.)
• First thing in the morning, drink a large glass of warm water with fresh squeezed lemon juice. There are too many benefits to list here!
• If you haven’t done so already, ditch the sodas and fruit juices and drink plenty of water flavoured with lemon, cucumbers, mint etc. 
• Reduce refined sugar intake and replace with healthier choices.
• Slow down and take a few deep breaths when feeling stressed or pressed for time. 
• Get up and stretch periodically, every day! 
• Walk outside everyday, even if it’s just 5 minutes!
