Energy fuel on the course
In a large bowl, mix well the following ingredients:
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of chopped dried dates
1/3 cup of chopped seeds/nuts of your choice (I use sunflower seeds and walnuts.)
1 cup of quick oats flakes
1/2 cup of nut butter of your choice (personally I love almond butter but you can easily replace it with peanut butter.)
2 table spoons of honey
Make 16 bite size balls by rolling them in your hands, pop a few in a small container and enjoy on the golf course!
