Hydration on the course
It is hydrating, tasty, and good for you! Mix a small batch and get creative with the ingredients, depending on your taste. For example, I am a fan of ginger and I typically add pureed ginger to this recipe.
· 2 cup coconut water · 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed and strained · 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed and strained · 2 Tbsp raw honey or maple syrup · two pinches of good quality sea salt (I use pink Himalayan salt.) Comments are closed.
