I therefore decided to complement my usual training program by joining an on-line community of yogis, all working toward a mutual goal. As I am writing this article, I am now on day 9 of a 14-day strength challenge (of 20 minutes per day), and already feeling the benefits. Stronger core, stronger back, and higher energy! Doing something everyday for a prolonged period of time is habit forming. I can already feel that, once this challenge will be completed, I will seek another one, allowing me to remain motivated and engaged, while having fun! What is your favourite self-care activity, and how often do you allow yourself to prioritize it? Remember, "me first" goes a long way in achieving a healthy lifestyle!
