If you don't have a yoga practice, and wish to have one, start small! Take 5, 10, or 15 minutes every day for some gentle stretches and focused breathing. Soon, the felt benefits will motivate you to perhaps aim for a 30 minute practice and so on. Remember, it does not matter how long you stay on the mat or how much sweat you leave on it! As long as move with ease, breathe slowly, and listen to your body, you can't go wrong. If you need guidance or inspiration, here is a short video I recently did for you.
