Write it down
"I commit to (fill in the blank) because (fill in the blank)."
The important part of this sentence is the "because." Setting an intention without a reason makes it harder to stay committed to that specific goal or intention.
Consider the following two phrases:
1) I commit to meditating 10 minutes every morning.
2) I commit to mediating 10 minutes every morning because it helps me feel calmer and focused throughout the day.
Another example could be "I commit to spending 15 minutes a day on improving my mobility so I can feel better and play better golf."
