Yoga is a way of life and one of the fundamental yogic principles is "Ahimsa". Literally, it translates into 'to do no harm". No harm to others, no harm to myself. When feeling powerless, especially in the face of horrific violence, I remind myself that practicing yoga and guiding others on their mats is a form of peace-making and that, my friends, makes me joyful!
